Stuffed Tomatoes and Mushrooms

The perfect stuffed tomatoes and mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 size Tomatoes
  • 4 Big mushrooms
  • 250 g Boiled ham
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 1 yellow Paprika
  • 1 Red Paprika
  • 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Frozen parsley
  • Frozen chives
  1. Wash tomatoes, cut off a lid and wrap tomatoes. Clean the mushrooms, remove the stalk and wrap.
  2. 2nd filling: Mix the creme fraiche, cream, diced ham, spring onion rings and diced paprika. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the herbs.
  3. Stuff the mushrooms and tomatoes. Place the tomato lids on the filled tomatoes and serve.
