Ingredients
 

  • 4 large Tomatoes
  • 4 Big mushrooms
  • 250 g Boiled ham
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 1 Yellow Paprika
  • 1 Red Paprika
  • 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Frozen parsley
  • Frozen chives

Instructions
 

  • Wash tomatoes, cut off a lid and wrap tomatoes. Clean the mushrooms, remove the stalk and wrap.
  • 2nd filling: Mix the creme fraiche, cream, diced ham, spring onion rings and diced paprika. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the herbs.
  • Stuff the mushrooms and tomatoes. Place the tomato lids on the filled tomatoes and serve.
