Stuffed Tomatoes and Mushrooms
The perfect stuffed tomatoes and mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 size Tomatoes
- 4 Big mushrooms
- 250 g Boiled ham
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 50 ml Cream
- 1 yellow Paprika
- 1 Red Paprika
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
- Salt
- Pepper
- Frozen parsley
- Frozen chives
- Wash tomatoes, cut off a lid and wrap tomatoes. Clean the mushrooms, remove the stalk and wrap.
- 2nd filling: Mix the creme fraiche, cream, diced ham, spring onion rings and diced paprika. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the herbs.
- Stuff the mushrooms and tomatoes. Place the tomato lids on the filled tomatoes and serve.
