Ingredients
 

  • 8 large Mushrooms
  • 150 g Goat cream cheese
  • 6 tbsp Flower honey
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • 0,5 bunch Thyme

Instructions
 

  • Clean the mushrooms, remove the stem and place with the opening facing up in a mold coated with olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pluck thyme leaves from the stems.
  • Divide the goat cheese into portions and pour into the mushrooms.
  • Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
  • Bake the filled mushrooms at 150 ° in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
