Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 large beefsteak tomatoes or bell peppers
- 50 g butter or margarine
- 250 ml water or granulated stock
- 400 g lean minced meat
- 2 m.-large onion(s) or shallot(s) and garlic
- 40 g rice
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 bunch of parsley

Turkish cuisine
Wash the tomatoes/peppers thoroughly, cut a flat top off the top. Carefully scoop out the tomatoes with a spoon and deseed the peppers. Mix the remaining ingredients into a minced meat dough, ideally crushing the garlic. Fill the scooped tomatoes/peppers with butter, replace the lid, arrange in a saucepan, add the water/stock, and simmer over medium heat for 35-40 minutes.
