  • 3 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 200 g cream cheese, grainy
  • n. B. herbs
  • e.g. Parmesan
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with tuna and grainy cream cheese

Halve the zucchini and scoop out the center with a small spoon, leaving a sturdy center. Place the zucchini halves on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and lightly salt. Finely chop the onion and fry in a little oil until translucent. Add half of the zucchini core and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the shredded tuna. Add the onion and zucchini mixture and season with herbs as desired (garlic, chives, parsley—almost anything goes). Using a teaspoon, fill the zucchini halves with the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven). Then remove the baking sheet and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese over the zucchini halves. Bake for another 8-12 minutes.
