Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 medium-sized zucchini or rondini (approx. 150 g)
- salt and pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch of basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g feta cheese in one piece
- e.g. paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Grilled vegetables
Halve the zucchini or rondini and scoop out the insides with a spoon. Lightly season the vegetables. Chop the scooped out pieces, place them in a bowl, and toss with the olive oil and finely crushed garlic. Finely chop the basil and dice the feta. Add both to the filling and season to taste. Place the zucchini or rondini in the pan and wrap them in aluminum foil, leaving the tops slightly open. Cook on a moderately hot grill for about 20 minutes.
