Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed or finely chopped
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds, ground or chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 dash of oil (pumpkin seed oil)
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

really good spread from southeast Styria

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Serve garnished with some pumpkin seeds. Tip: Delicious as a spread on bread, but can also be used as a dip.
