Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup low-fat quark (cottage cheese)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Combine the curd cheese and sour cream. Grate in the garlic. Add chives, if desired, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything well. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
