Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g sour cream
  • 125 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes

delicious spread/dip made from Styrian pumpkin seeds & pumpkin seed oil

Finely chop the pumpkin seeds and garlic and roast them together in a pan. Stir the sour cream and curd cheese until smooth, then add the pumpkin seeds, garlic, and 2-3 tablespoons of pumpkin seed oil, if desired. Season with salt and pepper and let it marinate in the refrigerator for several hours.
