Styrian Salmon Doner from Grill

- 350 g Salmon Norway
- 1 loaf Rye bread from Styria
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 a cup Crème fraîche with herbs
- Dill, salt, pepper,
- 3 piece Chopped garlic
- Parmesan, basil, garlic oil
- Roast the onion, finely chop the salmon and roast with the garlic, salt, pepper and refine with the crème fraîche and herbs. Let cool down
- Cut the bread in the middle and remove the soft one (it becomes a delicious bread soup)
- When the salmon mixture has cooled down, pour into the hollowed-out bread, sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh basil leaves and place the top on top.
- Stretch the bread in a grill rack and put it on the grill from time to time brush with garlic oil, let it become cross and then cut into sections. This is a beilafe to eat grilled or simply with lettuce. Have a good appetite
