Styrian Salmon Doner from Grill

  • 350 g Salmon Norway
  • 1 loaf Rye bread from Styria
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 a cup Crème fraîche with herbs
  • Dill, salt, pepper,
  • 3 piece Chopped garlic
  • Parmesan, basil, garlic oil
  1. Roast the onion, finely chop the salmon and roast with the garlic, salt, pepper and refine with the crème fraîche and herbs. Let cool down
  2. Cut the bread in the middle and remove the soft one (it becomes a delicious bread soup)
