Whiskey Pie
The perfect whiskey pie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- For the batter
- 250 g Margarine
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 P Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 5 drops Bitter almond oil
- 6 Eggs
- 250 g Flour
- 2 Tl Baking powder
- 6 El Whiskey
- 150 g Ground hazelnuts
- 100 g Grated chocolate
- ——————————
- 0,5 glass Apricot jam
- 3 El Whiskey
- ——————————
- Chocolate icing
- Possibly decoration as desired
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees upper and lower heat, grease the springform pan (26 cm) and flour.
- Beat the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy, gradually stir in the eggs and beat until frothy.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder, hazelnuts and chocolate and stir in with the whiskey on medium heat.
- Fill the dough into the springform pan, smooth it out, put it in the oven and bake for about 60 minutes.
- After baking, remove from the mold and let it cool down, then cut once horizontally.
- Mix the apricot jam with the whiskey and spread it on the bottom, put the lid back on.
- Melt the chocolate icing and cover the cake with it, decorate further as you wish.
- The cake is well suited for leftover use, I mixed hazelnuts and ground almonds, the jam is also variable :)))
- The cake tastes very good if it is prepared 2 days in advance, then it is beautifully drawn :)))
