Styrian Starter Salad
The perfect styrian starter salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 2 disc Bacon
- 0,5 packet Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin seed oil
- 1 tbsp Truffle balsamic vinegar
- 2 Pc. Pretzel
- 0,5 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 6 tbsp Wine vinegar
- Wash the lamb’s lettuce well. Dice the bacon, champions and pretzels. Toast each separately in olive oil and add the stock to the salad dressing. Prepare olive oil, wine vinegar, sugar and garlic as a dressing and pour over the salad and serve with a little truffle and pumpkin seed oil. Top with pretzels, champions and bacon.
