Ingredients
 

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • Garlic to taste, salt, pepper
  • 1 Diced onion
  • Styrian pumpkin seed oil

Instructions
 

  • Grate the unpeeled cucumber into slices and stir with a little salt, leave to rest a little. Now pour away the water that has curdled out of the cucumber.
  • Peel and chop the onion, peel and finely chop the garlic, add everything to the cucumber, add the beaker of sour cream, season with salt and pepper and stir well. Finally add some Styrian pumpkin seed oil. You can also add boiled potatoes if you prefer it a little more hearty.
