- Oatmeal : Oatmeal contains many vitamins and nutrients. It has a very mild and slightly nutty taste and is therefore very similar in taste to almond flour. You can buy the flour or you can make your own by grinding oatmeal in a blender.
- Sunflower seed flour: This type of flour is ideal for sweet and savory low-carb recipes. However, the flour only replaces 25 percent of the amount of flour in the recipe and should therefore be mixed with another flour.

- Since nut flour binds liquid more than wheat flour, you cannot replace it 1 to 1.
- So if you want to replace wheat flour with a nut flour like almond or coconut flour, you also need 10 to 20 percent more liquid.
- You can add these in the form of milk, quark or oil, for example.
- For example, if a recipe contains 170g wheat flour and 50ml milk, you can substitute coconut flour for the wheat flour, but you will need to add 60ml milk instead of the 50ml.
