- 100 g Rice flour
- 50 g Almond flour
- 7 g Natural salt sole
- 7 g Iodine-Free salt
- 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- Mix the yeast with the water well

- Mix the dough well and cover with a cloth and let rise for about 30 to 45 minutes.
- Then stir the dough again, put it in an oiled tin and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 to 45 minutes.
