  • 7 g Natural salt sole
  • 7 g Iodine-Free salt
  • 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Mix the yeast with the water well

then weigh everything ...

  • Mix the dough well and cover with a cloth and let rise for about 30 to 45 minutes.
  • Then stir the dough again, put it in an oiled tin and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 to 45 minutes.
