Meatballs with Paprika Vegetables
The perfect meatballs with paprika vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the balls
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 disc Toast without crust
- 2 Free range eggs
- 2 Branches Fresh oregano
- 2 Branches Fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp Rotisseur mustard
- Salt and pepper
- Chili garlic spice
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
The paprika vegetables
- 2 Red peppers
- 2 Branches Rosemary fresh
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 250 g Cherry date tomatoes
- 100 ml Vegetable broth hot
- 1 Orange fresh
- Soak the toast in milk and then squeeze it out and add to the minced meat. Wash and chop the herbs. Add to the minced meat with the remaining ingredients and knead well. Shape into small balls and fry in vegetable oil in a hot pan. Reduce the flame and finish cooking.
- Wash and clean the peppers. Then cut into small pieces and fry. Add the chopped garlic and the juice of the orange. Reduce heat. After 10 minutes pour on the vegetable stock. Quarter the date tomatoes and add them to the paprika vegetables. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Arrange on a plate with rice. Enjoy your meal.
