Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 2 bell peppers, yellow
- 2 bell peppers, green
- 1 can of tomatoes, pureed
- 1 bag of rice
- 1 liter of broth
- n. B. Ketchup (Hela spice ketchup), 2 ladles

Nobody knows why it is called that.
Brown the minced meat. Meanwhile, wash, deseed, and dice the bell peppers. Brown with the meat, add the tomato puree, and top with broth. Now add the rice and simmer on low heat for about 1 hour. Finally, season and add the spiced ketchup (with the light green lid) as needed. I always use two ladles of ketchup.
