- 200 g Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 250 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 250 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 100 g Almond or hazelnut flakes
- 40 g Sugar
Instructions
- For the dough, stir the butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until the sugar has dissolved.
- Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve and gradually stir in.
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet that has been greased or lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and sugar.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 25 minutes.
