Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 250 g Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g Almond or hazelnut flakes
  • 40 g Sugar

Instructions
 

  • For the dough, stir the butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve and gradually stir in.
  • Spread the dough on a baking sheet that has been greased or lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and sugar.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 25 minutes.
