Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 60 g margarine
- 4 banana(s), ripe
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine flour and baking powder, mash bananas with a fork. Beat eggs until frothy, melt margarine. Mix everything together and fill the muffin tin. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.
