Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g grapes or other fruit
  • 500 g quark
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • some grapes for the filling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Quick, easy and delicious.

Separate the eggs. Puree the grapes and mix with the quark, egg yolks, and vanilla pudding powder. Halve a few grapes, add them to the batter, and fold them in. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them in. Pour the batter into a small square dish and bake at 200°C (convection oven) for about 50 minutes. Decorate with grapes.
