Sugar-free drinking chocolate

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar water
  • 2 tsp, heaped baking cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp erythritol (sugar substitute) or stevia

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

low-calorie and low-carb

Boil the water. Add the cocoa and stir gently. Be careful not to clump. Add erythritol or another low-calorie/no-calorie sweetener and stir again. The cocoa may not dissolve completely. You might want to add a pinch of salt. Don’t worry, it won’t be salty. This recipe is better than regular cocoa or regular hot chocolate. The drink is low-carb, sugar-free, vegan, and low-calorie. Even diabetics needn’t worry. Ideal for chocolate addicts but those who are health-conscious.
