Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g spelt flour
  • 130 g oat flakes, fine
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs, size M
  • 150 ml milk
  • 200 ml sunflower oil

  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 banana(s), ripe, chopped
  • 6 tablets Stevia, crushed or liquid Stevia
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

with spelt flour, poppy seeds and oat flakes, reduced calorie

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (fan assisted). Lightly grease a shallow dish, such as a quiche dish. For the pastry, put all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and mix well. The dough will be a little sticky; if needed, you can add a splash of milk. However, the specified amount of 150 ml should allow the dough to spread well. Now pour the dough into the greased dish and spread everything evenly with a spatula. Finally, simply top the dough with your favorite fruit and press it into the dough. Plums, for example, are a great choice. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Place the cake in the oven for 20 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for another 20 minutes using conventional oven heating.
