Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 75 ml maple syrup
- 50 g cane sugar
- 3 eggs
- 50 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 125 g oat flakes
- 1 pinch of cinnamon, clove(s), cardamom and nutmeg
- Fat for the mold
- 700 g apples, small
- 25 g almond flakes
- 25 g butter flakes

delicious apple pie with maple syrup and spices
Cream the butter with maple syrup and raw sugar until fluffy, then beat in the eggs one at a time. Sift in the flour with the baking powder, add the oats and spices, and stir in. Spread the batter into a greased pie dish. Peel, quarter, and core the apples, then score the rounded sides lengthwise several times. Place them in a wreath shape on the dough, press in lightly, and sprinkle with flaked almonds and butter flakes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45-55 minutes.
