Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 kg potatoes, mainly waxy
- 1 liter of water
- 3 pinches of salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ bunch flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours
simple and suitable for vegetarians
Wash and peel the potatoes. Then cut them into small cubes and steam them. Let the potatoes cool. Then place them in a bowl of water and season with salt. Add sugar and chopped flat-leaf parsley and stir well for 15 minutes. Then strain the potatoes. Next, add some margarine to a pan. Once it’s melted, add the potatoes to the pan and cook for 30 minutes. Finally, serve everything on plates and enjoy.
