Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes
- 4 garlic cloves, squeezed
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary
- 1 sprig(s) of thyme
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Peel the potatoes and dice them. Heat the oil in a cast-iron pan and brown the potatoes on all sides. Before the potatoes are cooked, add the herbs, salt, pepper, and crushed garlic cloves. Cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the herb stems before serving.
