Ingredients
- 50ml Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale Distilled Gin
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 50ml Prosecco
- lemon zest
Preparation
- Mix the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup well in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and top up with Prosecco.
- Garnish with lemon zest and enjoy.
Moscow Mule
Ingredients
- 20 ice cubes
- 20cl vodka
- 8 cl lime juice
- 600 ml ginger ale (ginger lemonade)
- 4 slices of cucumber
- peppermint
Preparation
- Pour ice cubes into a copper mug.
- Squeeze half a lime directly into the copper mug, add vodka, fill up with ginger beer or ginger ale, and stir briefly.
- Garnish with a cucumber sail and mint.
Glenmorangie X Tonic
A sparkling interpretation of a timeless classic. A treat before dinner and a highlight before sunset.
Ingredients for 1 serving
- 50ml Glenmorangie whiskey
- 75 ml tonic
- 1/2 orange slices
- crushed ice
Preparation
- Fill a highball glass with crushed ice
- Add X by Glenmorangie and tonic
- Stir and garnish with half a slice of orange.
Cantaloupe Spritz
Ingredients
- 1/2 cantaloupe melon
- 7 sprigs of fresh mint
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- 5 hazelnuts, whole
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 piece of ginger the size of a hazelnut
- 8 strawberries
- 2cl gin
- 1 lemon, unwaxed
- 1 bottle of sparkling wine
Preparation
For the cocktail, remove the skin and seeds from the cantaloupe melon and finely puree in a tall container using a hand blender. Pour the melon puree into an ice cube tray and freeze in the freezer for 6 hours.
Wash and cut the lemon. For the mint pesto, wash half of the mint stalks, pluck the mint leaves from the stalks and finely puree together with the hazelnuts and sugar syrup.
Wash the strawberries and puree them except for two, put them in a glass, and fill them up with the melon ice cubes. Add 2 cl gin and a teaspoon full of ginger syrup. Top up with sparkling wine and garnish with a slice of lemon, mint pesto, a sprig of mint, and the reserved strawberries.
Mint cooler
Ingredients for one serving:
- 50ml Captain Morgan
- 150 ml lemonade
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 lime wedge
- Ice cubes for a glass
Preparation:
Fill a glass with ice cubes
Fill the glass with Captain Morgan and lemonade.
Mix well.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
Enjoy Mint Cooler ice cold.
Strawberry liqueur
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 ml Prime Sprit
- 600 ml cream
- 400 grams of strawberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Preparation:
Bring the cream and sugar to the boil while stirring and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
De-stem the strawberries, wash, and pat dry.
Puree with vanilla sugar and stir into the cream.
Simmer for another 5 minutes and let cool.
Prima Sprit under the strawberry-cream mixture, fill into a bottle, and leave to infuse for a few days.
Before serving, place the bottle in warm water and shake well.
Belshazzar Rosé & Tonic
Ingredients for one serving:
- 5cl Belshazzar Rosé
- 10cl tonic water
- grapefruit or orange zest
- ice cubes
Preparation:
Put ice cubes and Belshazzar Rosé in a glass.
Fill the prepared glass with tonic water.
Garnish the drink with a grapefruit slice or orange zest and enjoy.
Summer Splash
Ingredients:
- 5 cl Chantre
- 3 kumquats
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp brown cane sugar
- 1 cl tangerine syrup
- 1 cl peach syrup
- 12 cl passion fruit juice
- ice cubes
Preparation:
Place the kumquats, lime wedges, cane sugar, Madarina syrup, and peach syrup in a glass.
Crush the ingredients in the jar with a pestle.
Fill the glass with ice cubes, passion fruit juice, and chantré.
Stir well.
Enjoy!
London Mules
Ingredients for a glass:
- 5 ice cubes
- 4cl gin
- 2 cl lime juice
- 150 ml ginger ale (ginger lemonade)
- 1 cucumber slice
Preparation:
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour the lime juice and gin over the ice cubes.
Mix well.
Finally, pour the ginger ale and garnish the London Mule with a cucumber slice.
