Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 honeydew melon(s), diced
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 300 g raspberries
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Cointreau (if children are eating with you, optionally replace with orange juice or similar or omit)
- possibly nuts, chopped, or mint sprigs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Melon salad
Puree the raspberries, strain them through a sieve, and mix with the quark and honey. Mix the melon with the lemon juice and Cointreau. Then alternately fill the prepared glasses. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and mint sprigs, if desired.
