Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g millet, uncooked
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 can chickpeas, 265 g drained weight
- 1 jar of tomatoes in oil, 180 g drained weight
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the millet according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, chop the cucumber, tomatoes, and tomatoes in oil. Once the millet is cooked, combine everything in a large bowl, add the tomato paste, and season.
