Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 150 g tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 handful of basil leaves
- 60 g Parmesan, shaved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or fruit vinegar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
a light main course for hot summer evenings
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes, crush or finely dice the garlic, and thinly slice the basil leaves. Mix with the oil and vinegar, season generously with salt and pepper, and stir into the still-hot pasta. Finally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
