Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g pasta
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 small cucumber(s)
- 150 g corn kernels
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 100 g natural yogurt, low-fat
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped

Cook the pasta and rinse with cold water. Mix together the yogurt, orange juice, dill, and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Cut the tomatoes, bell pepper, and cucumber into small cubes or strips. Drain the corn kernels. Mix all ingredients with the yogurt sauce and let it sit for a few hours, preferably overnight. This recipe, including the pasta, serves 6 people.
