Summer salad with chicken strips

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken strips
  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 125 g cheese cubes
  • ½ jar olives
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small can of corn kernels
  • 2 bags of ready-made salad mix (Salatfix)
  • n. B. water
  • n. B. Oil
  • salt and pepper
  • some soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash, dry, and dice the lettuce. Wash, dry, and halve the tomatoes. Boil the eggs, rinse, and cut into strips or pieces. Combine the salad dressing with water and oil in a large bowl and mix. Add the lettuce, tomatoes, cheese cubes, olives, eggs, and corn and mix well. Fry the chicken strips in a little oil, season with salt and pepper, and finally deglaze with soy sauce. Pour over the mixed salad.
