Summer Soup!

The perfect summer soup! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Vegetables from my garden!

  • 2 Pc. Zucchini green
  • 4 Pc. Diced carrots
  • 0,5 Pc. Diced onion
  • 1,2 liter Water
  • 1 teaspoon Curry
  • Chilli from the mill
  • Coarse salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 a cup Sour cream
  • 50 g Sunflower seeds
  1. Cut the potatoes & zucchini into cubes.
  2. Add the carrots & onions, now fill the pot with water, add the curry, chilli, salt and pepper. Cook for approx. 20 minutes.
  3. Finely mix the soup with the hand blender. Pour into the plates with sour cream and sunflower seeds.
