Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 bell pepper(s), red
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- some butter
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- Paprika powder
- nutmeg

simple – but super delicious!
Clean and dice the bell peppers and onions, and peel the garlic clove. Melt a little butter in a saucepan and sauté everything together. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer with the lid on until the bell peppers are soft. Purée with a hand blender and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and nutmeg. Serve the soup hot with a dollop of crème fraîche!
