Spanish summer wine with rosé and Spanish ingredients

Gaseosa is a Spanish, lightly sweetened mineral water with a lemon flavor. Alternatively, you could make your own Gaseosa from mineral water, lemon juice, and a little sugar, or use a lightly sweetened lemon soda. It all depends on how authentic you want it to be. Place the rosé wine and Gaseosa in the refrigerator for hours before preparation and make ice cubes. Pour the ice cubes into a large glass. Mix the chilled rosé wine with the chilled Gaseosa in a 1:2 ratio. Slice the lime and halve each slice. Add a lime slice to each glass. Add a squeeze of lemon juice. You have a refreshing summer drink that is extremely popular among Spaniards.
