Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl to form a thick pancake batter and fry in hot oil until crispy. Serve hot pancakes with fruit sauce (e.g., raspberry sauce) or on their own.
