Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 2 liters of still water
  • Ice, as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 3 minutes

Wash the fresh mint sprigs. Rub the individual leaves lightly between your fingers. Place them in a glass carafe and pour over the water. Let it steep for at least one hour. Add ice cubes.
