Sunday Scrambled Eggs with Little Something Extra

The perfect sunday scrambled eggs with little something extra recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Eggs (L)
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 3 Discs Breakfast bacon
  • 20 g Grated cheese
  • 10 g Butter
  • Parsley
  • Chilli flakes
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  1. *** it’s a simple rz and maybe not everyone’s case but it was mine **** let’s go!
  2. I use two pans for my breakfast egg. One for the scrambled eggs and the other for the bacon.
  3. Put the eggs in a bowl, add the cream, parsley, salt, pepper, nutmeg & chilli flakes. Mix everything with a fork and pound lightly.
  4. Heat both pans and one of them with the butter, the other without the bacon being very fat. If the butter in the pan for the scrambled eggs is lightly browned, the egg mix can be added.
  5. Why is the butter or should it be lightly browned? When the butter is lightly browned it gives off a slight nutty taste, but only when it is lightly browned.
  6. I always let the egg mix stop a little before I turn it over, then in the end I have large pieces of egg. Please do not lose the bacon from the eyes, it must also be turned so that it is brown on both sides.
  7. When the scrambled eggs have the desired consistency, I put them in a greased bowl, add the baked bacon and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then I put it under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese has melted.
  8. When the scrambled eggs are on the grill, I put the bread in the toaster (or a fresh roll) and if I’ve done everything right, I can enjoy it with the coffee a short time afterwards.
  9. I think the start to Sunday was successful and Klara (sun) completes the whole thing. I wish you all a good appetite and a relaxing, sunny Sunday.
