Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slices of bread (sunflower or pumpkin seed bread)
- 1 tsp coriander, ground
- 4 tbsp almond flakes
- 2 egg whites
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 packs of feta cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 pears, ripe or from the can
- some honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the coriander powder with the almonds. Slice the feta cheese – 1 packet yields 2 slices. Beat the egg whites until stiff and coat the feta cheese in them. Then coat in the flour, then in the almond mixture. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the feta cheese on both sides. Wash, core, and slice the pear. Spread the feta cheese on the bread, then arrange the pear slices on top and drizzle with honey. Serve either 2 slices of bread per person as a main course or 1 slice each as an appetizer.
