Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp paprika powder, sweet
- ½ tsp instant broth
- ½ tsp herbs de Provence
- 140 g spelt flour (wholemeal)
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 130 g cheese, grated (e.g. spicy Gouda)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with wholemeal spelt flour, for 45 pieces
Combine butter, egg, and spices. Stir in flour, baking powder, cheese, and sunflower seeds. Using two teaspoons, form small mounds and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake at 195°C for approximately 16-18 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
