Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g sunflower seeds, peeled
- 200 g almonds, chopped
- 200 g sugar
- 2 m.-sized eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Whisk the eggs with the sugar. Stir in the almonds and sunflower seeds. Using two teaspoons, place small heaps of the mixture onto a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes.
