Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 160 g white chocolate
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 g butter, soft
- 100 g sugar
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 packet of Bourbon vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Chop the chocolate. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the butter and sugar thoroughly. Add the egg and vanilla sugar, then the flour. Finally, add 100g of chocolate. Using two teaspoons, place small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, flatten slightly, and create grooves. Bake the cookies in the oven for about eight minutes and let cool. Melt the remaining 60g of chocolate and spread it on top of the cookies as desired.
