Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 170 g butter, soft
- 50 g white sugar
- 80 g brown sugar
- 80 g whole cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp molasses
- 220 g wheat flour
- 50 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 30 g skimmed milk powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking soda or some baking powder
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g white chocolate
- 50 g milk chocolate

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 38 minutes
not very difficult to prepare, but tastes fantastic
Preheat the oven to approximately 160-170 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Place the butter and sugars in a mixing bowl and cream until fluffy, preferably longer than shorter. Meanwhile, add the eggs, vanilla sugar, and molasses. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, milk powder, salt, baking soda, and 2/3 of the previously chopped chocolate (reserve the rest), then mix into the butter and egg mixture. Using an ice cream scoop, for example, shape the soft, sticky dough into many small balls. Place these on a sheet of baking paper and gently press them together with the palm of your hand. Sprinkle the cookies with the remaining chocolate sprinkles, then place them in the oven and bake for about 8 minutes (or longer). It depends on the desired consistency; I prefer them softer.
