Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g wheat flour type 405 or 1050
- 100 g durum wheat semolina
- Salt
- 1 cube of fresh yeast
- 300 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 tsp sugar
- tomato sauce
- Cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
for 1 tray
Combine all dough ingredients with a dough hook and let the dough rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes. Roll out and spread on a greased baking sheet. Let it rise briefly again. Top with tomato sauce and cheese. Bake on the lowest rack of an oven preheated to 250°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes.
