Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 275 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ bag(s) of baking powder
  • 450 g wheat flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Knead all dough ingredients thoroughly and chill for one hour. Mix the sugar and cinnamon. Form the cold dough into approximately 10 cm long, finger-thick rolls and roll them in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and form into an “S” or half-moon shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 7 minutes, until the cookies are lightly browned. Yields approximately 50-60 cookies.
