Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (sponge or shortcrust pastry)
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 gr. can/n peach(s) (or other fruit)
- 1 point cream
- chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Spread the cake base thickly with sour cream. Arrange peaches or other fruit on top. Whip the cream until stiff, spread it over the top, and if you like, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. It’s ready in a flash if you have visitors coming over, assuming you have a ready-made cake base at home. I always buy a shortcrust pastry base from the bakery; it keeps for up to two months.
