Super Juicy Cheesecake without Base – Uncomplicated & Great

The perfect super juicy cheesecake without base – uncomplicated & great recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Pc. Eggs (L)
  • 250 g Sugar white
  • 2 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 250 g Soft butter or margarine
  • 1 kg Lowfat quark
  • 100 g Flour
  • 2 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
  • 1 Pc. Orange / orange
  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees circulating air. Grate on the middle rail. Use at least a 26 cm baking pan (better 28) with a rim height of 7 cm. Grease the edge well and line the base with baking paper. To do this, simply put a baking paper on the floor and then put the ring on and fasten it. You don’t have to cut anything or anything. If your baking pan is not that high, the cake could overflow. Then cut an approx. 10 cm wide strip out of baking paper and glue it on the inside of the greased edge. Then the cake looks good and you don’t have to clean the oven.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt to a white cream. The volume increases roughly fivefold. It takes a few minutes, but you don’t have to break up egg whites separately. Then stir in the really soft, room temperature butter (or sunflower margarine) and the quark so that no lumps can be seen.
  3. Wash the orange with hot water, dry it and rub it with the fine grater. Add the zest and the squeezed juice of the 1/2 orange to the batter and mix briefly.
  4. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sieve on the dough. Mix everything without lumps. It is really important to only stir briefly. Otherwise the volume is gone.
  5. Pour the dough into the prepared form. Briefly knock the shape smooth, then all air bubbles are out. Then bake the cake for 60 minutes.
  6. When the baking time is over, turn off the oven and let the cake cool slowly in the oven. Put a spoon in the oven door so that it goes a little faster and the cake still doesn’t collapse. And then just enjoy and let yourself be celebrated for this cake
