delicious use of leftover boiled potatoes, can be easily modified
Place the potatoes in a large pot along with the stock, marjoram, water, and cream and heat. At the same time, fry the minced meat in a little fat in a pan with pepper and salt until crumbly. Remove the pot from the heat and puree the mixture with a hand blender. If necessary, add more water and/or cream until the desired consistency is achieved. Season with stock, salt, and pepper, and add the minced meat to the pot. Heat briefly again and then serve with bread or a roll. Instead of or in addition to the marjoram, you can of course use other herbs; instead of sweet cream, you can use sour cream or sour cream, other spices; instead of the minced meat, you can use sausages, Cabanossi, or similar. And of course you can also add carrots or other vegetables.
