Super Tasty Vegetarian Casserole
The perfect super tasty vegetarian casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Broccoli (fresh)
- 4 Pc. Vine tomatoes
- 200 g Fresh mushrooms
- 350 g Feta
- 70 g Corn grains
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce light
- 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 tsp Tomato seasoning alternatively also tomato-mozzarella seasoning
- 1 tsp Vegeta spice
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 200 g Grated cheese (any)
- 200 g Ginger salt
- 200 g Wild garlic salt (garlic powder can also be used as an alternative)
- First prepare everything: Separate the florets from the broccoli. You don’t need the stem here, but it can be processed into a small soup;) Cut the florets into slices (see pictures 3 and 6) and blanch. Then cut the tomatoes, feta and mushrooms into not too thin slices.
- Now take a suitable baking dish and layer the vegetables one after the other upright as shown in pictures 4-7. E.g. start with the tomato slices. First a row of tomatoes, then feta, then the broccoli and finally the mushrooms. It is best to press the vegetables back firmly after the 4 layers and repeat the process until the pan is full. - When the mold is well filled, add approx. 70 g of corn (Fig. 9). Now add the spices, then distribute the oil and soy sauce nicely over the casserole. (Photo 10) Now spread the cheese over it and put the casserole in the oven.
- Bake the casserole for about 30 minutes at 160 ° (convection), 180 ° (top / bottom heat) in the preheated oven until the cheese is golden brown. (Image 2) Great herb rolls with homemade herb butter go well with it <3 Have fun cooking;)
