Supplies: Tomatoes – Peppers – Ketchup

The perfect supplies: tomatoes – peppers – ketchup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 size Beefsteak tomatoes well ripened
  • 5 medium sized Red peppers well ripened
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable broth *
  • Crushed red pepper of your choice
  • 2 tbsp Dried garlic
  • 6 piece Dried pepper leaves
  • Or pepper a.d.M
  • 3 piece Bay leaves
  • 1 tsp Mint sugar
  1. Wash the tomatoes and peppers, halve the tomatoes and cut out the stalk, cut into large pieces and place in the blender jug. Add the vegetable stock and mix well, then put in a saucepan.
  2. Now halve the peppers, remove the seeds and also cut into coarse pieces, chop in the blender and also add to the saucepan.
  3. Now add all the spices and simmer very gently for a good 2 hours, the water should be able to escape so that the mixture is a lot thicker, stop ketchup 😉
  4. Then remove the leaves and fill the tomato-pepper mixture into cleaned glasses, screw the glasses tightly and turn them upside down (they had stood like that for a good 2 hours) then let the glasses cool down well and put them in the supply 😉
  5. Tastes too much and is super hot ;-)))
