Quiche: Quiche with Tomatoes and Peppers

Ingredients
 

The dough

  • 100 g Flour
  • 40 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Water

The topping

  • 0,5 Red pepper, rest
  • 3 Spring onions, rest
  • 1 Tomatoes, rest
  • Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 ml Cream 10% fat
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Make a firm dough out of flour, butter, salt, a little water and vinegar and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • Grease and crumble a quiche tin (19 cm) and press the dough in, pulling up the edges.

The topping

  • Cut the bell pepper into small cubes, the spring onion into rings and the tomato - don't forget to remove the stalk - cut into slices.
  • Now first put the peppers on the dough, pepper, then the spring onion rings and finally the tomato slices. Season with pepper again.
  • Whisk the cream with the egg and a pinch of salt and pour over the vegetables.
  • Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake the quiche in it for 35 minutes until the edges turn golden.
