Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 minute steak(s) of beef
  • 100 g shrimp(s), frozen
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large hamburger buns

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the minute steaks into thin strips across the grain. Slice the onions into thin rings and press or finely chop the garlic. Combine all ingredients except the bread rolls in a bowl and mix well. Let stand for about 10 minutes. Heat a pan and sear everything. In the meantime, briefly bake the bread rolls. When the meat and shrimp are cooked, divide the contents of the pan between the bread rolls and serve. Per serving: Approx. 680 kcal.
